Описание: Take your fitness to the next level with this high intensity interval training to build explosive power and burn fat anywhere in the world!

This is one of the most intense workout you will ever do!

It will be over in 10-15 minutes but not before leaving you sprawled out on the floor!

This HIIT workout can be done with absolutely no equipment.

Also, this bodyweight workout suits all kinds of fitness levels.

How is that?

Because this HIIT workout is time-based, instead of repetitions.

This way, anyone can do the workout and simply perform as many repetitions as possible in the given time frame.

Some might do 15 reps in 30 seconds, others 10.

Go in your own peace and do the best you can!

The video is a "follow along" routine which means you can set up your mobile phone / tablet / notebook somewhere in front of you, load the video and simply follow whatever I’m doing.

● 30 Seconds Push Up With Shoulder Taps
● 15 Seconds Rest
● 30 Seconds Knee Jump / Tuck Jump Combo
● 15 Seconds Rest
● 30 Seconds Up And Down / Mountain Climber Combo
● 15 Seconds Rest
● 30 Seconds Jumping Lunges / Squat Combo
● 15 Seconds Rest
● 30 Seconds Back And Forward Plank Jumps
● 15 Seconds Rest
● 30 Seconds Walk Out / Push Up Combo
● 15 Seconds Rest
Repeat x3

Total: Approximately 13 Minutes
