Kristina Schmidt is a clinical pharmacist with the Stanford Medicine Partners clinics in Emeryville and Castro Valley. She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and holds a Board Certified-Advanced Diabetes Management certification. Prior to joining Stanford Health Care she practiced as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist with University of Southern California and Los Angeles Christian Health Centers working with underserved patient populations. She is interested in helping patients take control of their diabetes self-management through the use of continuous glucose monitoring
