Since it opened in 1967, Merriweather Post Pavilion has attracted Baltimoreans (and Marylanders near and far) for its legendary summer concerts. This site has hosted celebrated musicians like Jimi Hendrix, Gladys Knight and the Pips, the Grateful Dead, and even Taylor Swift! We're delighted to be joined by Ian Kennedy, executive director of the Merriweather Arts & Culture Center, to tell us how the music venue works with the local community, and how it is more than just a place to see a really great show.
