The aptly named World Discoverer was a giant cruise ship that first left port in 1974, and was the first ship ever to cross the Northwest Passage successfully, doing what the fabled Titanic could not.

When a ship washes up on shore with a full cache of supplies but no crew, it’s probably going to get people talking. The High Aim Six was found eighty miles from the Rowley Shoals, near Australia, floating adrift, full of food, water, and gas… but with no one on board.
