The MSI VS1000 catheter laminating equipment is designed to uniformly heat the plastic layers of braided catheter assemblies. The unique microswirl nozzle ensures uniform heating around the entire circumference of the product to eliminate hot spots, bubbles, or other lamination defects. This design allows manufacturers to run their process at maximum speeds while maintaining high yields and low scrap rates.
