We normally play a 1 set match round robin in our singles group. This is not our best set as we made a lot of unforced errors. It was just really hot and humid today.
Things to improve:
1) BH (looks ugly...need a smoother follow through)
2) Serve: I move to the side too much. Needs to land more vertically and inside the court.
3) Fitness. looks really slow and sluggish.
