“Let me ask you this: Have you ever thought about why people fear change?
I mean, we constantly link it to stress, when it’s the very thing we embrace to escape pain. If you think about it, every distraction we create for ourselves is a change; every book we read, every movie we watch, and every song we listen to; the only difference is that it’s a change that we create, instead of a change that happens to us. So let me ask you a different question: Do we actually fear change? Or is there something else that we can’t see that is breathing life into that fear?”
