Hitchin gained revenge for defeat in the corresponding fixture last season as the game hinged on a penalty decision on the stroke of half time which Frendo converted.
Slough had taken the lead through Danny Burnell only to be pegged back on half time and the hosts took full advantage of the Rebels loss of temperament in the second half scoring three unanswered goals to win the game 4-1 and progress to meet Daventry in the final on May 2nd.
