1. Structure and performance outline
Steel Plate Rolling Machine is the general equipment used for bending plates. Prebending and bending can be completed on the machine without reversing end for end. Plates can be bended to be tubular, arc or even cone-shaped work pieces with supplemental device. Therefore, this kind machine can be widely used in such industries as war industry, source of energy, traffic, petrol, chemical industries, boiler, shipbuilding, hydraulic power, metallic structure, etc..
Its basic structure form is as follows: top and bottom rollers rotate fixedly. The up and down of bottom and two side rollers are controlled by computer separately. Its synchronous precision is ±0.2mm and position and displacement displayed by LCD. This machine with high accuracy, complete function and low consumption is world class metal-forming equipment.
The machine is optimal equipment with four rollers to bend metal plates. Its merits are as follows:
a.Prebending and bending can be completed without reversing end for end.
b.After plate being fed, alignment can be finished by side rollers.
c.Plate can be leveled sketchily on the machine.
d.Surplus of pre-bending is short and all kinds of defective cylinder can be regulated.
e.It is convenient to bend cone-shaped work pieces.
It consists of framework section, top roller section, bottom roller section, side roller section, tilting part, main transmission system, hydraulic system, electric system, lubrication section and foundation section.
Left and right frameworks which are installed on the whole pedestal are the main body of the machine .Left end bearing body of top roller is installed into tilting part and the right end into the right framework, Both top roller and bottom roller are driving rollers. Their positions are fixed. Top roller only rotates and bottom roller can move up and down besides rotation. Cylinders of bottom and side rollers are inlaid in the frameworks slots. Roundtrips of cylinders drive bottom rollers and side rollers to move up and down in the slots. They also move leanly to bend cone-shaped work pieces and finish regulating. The tilt part on left framework is for discharging finished work pieces.
All bearings of rollers are center adjusting rolling bearings which have heavy duty and low loss.
Material of rollers is No.45 excellent quality carbon steel and made according to strict technology standard. Left and right machine frameworks and pedestal are welding steel plate structure and made by strict welding, annealing, and processing technology standard to increase strength and rigidity of the whole machine so as to ensure normal work under full load conditions. The values of rigidity and strength are higher than the requirements of relative standards.
