►RECIPE
Cucumber slice
½ Kiwi fruit
¾oz fresh lime juice
½oz Orgeat syrup
¼oz St. Germain
1 ½oz Dry Gin (St. George)
Pinch of salt
Kiwi wheel garnish
Muddle cucumber, then kiwi half. Add the rest of indigents and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with kiwi wheel.
