Instruction tutorial for the Feed Scroll Generator Addin for Autodesk Inventor. It allows automatic creation of smoothly surfaced bottle feed screw geometry, to your desired tolerance.
This video shows how you can create shafts with precise bottle pitches. We use an example of a shaft with 59mm start pitch, and 147mm end pitch for the bottles.
Other functions available in the Feed Scroll Generator app:
Variable pitch for bottles.
Bottle rotation (clockwise and anti-clockwise).
Forward or reverse shaft rotation.
Sketch any desired bottle profile using Inventor sketch tools.
One click 'create'
Quick geometry preview.
Simulation of bottles moving along shaft.
Allows creation of previously impossible geometry in Inventor.
