In this video, I’ll guide you through a step-by-step Sun Salutation sequence:
Mountain pose – Stand tall, thumbs lightly touching your chest, core engaged, chest lifted, shoulders rolled back.
Inhale – Hands rise overhead.
Exhale – Forward fold.
Inhale – Flat back.
Exhale – Step back into high plank.
Chaturanga – Lower with control.
Inhale – Upward-facing dog.
Exhale – Downward-facing dog.
Return to plank and repeat.
This is the perfect yoga routine for flexibility, yoga for stress relief, or a quick workout when you’re short on time.
