Maximum customer proximity meets perfect internal organization!
Whether WhatsApp, social media, or your own website – with WebChat for Microsoft Teams, your customers reach you exactly where they feel comfortable. Instead of switching between countless tools, bundle all communication in one central interface: directly in Microsoft Teams.
This is what awaits you in this video:

Structured communication: Learn how to direct inquiries specifically to departments like Sales, Support, Marketing, or HR, so every customer immediately reaches the right expert.
Focus & efficiency: Your team works without distraction in the familiar environment. This massively boosts the speed and quality of your customer support.
AI to your taste: Integrate the AI of your choice via the Power Platform. Let the AI take over tasks, moderate conversations, or act as a fully automated chatbot – you retain full decision-making authority.
Intelligent workflows: Use Adaptive Cards to display relevant data from third-party systems in real-time directly in the chat. So your team has all facts immediately at hand.
Easy scalability: From the first Proof of Concept (POC) to a global, multilingual enterprise solution – WebChat grows with your requirements.
Customization without limits: Adapt the widget design, colors, and start forms perfectly to your brand appearance. Use automatic responses to professionally greet customers even outside business hours.

All according to our motto: „WebChat: Your Chat, your team, your decision.“
