Fire Dept Called Due to Burning Smell From Trane Intellipak EP134

Описание: The fire department was call out due to a burning smell on the 2nd floor. The fire dept said that they cut the breakers to the unit and it was displaying error codes. I jumped up onto the roof and checked the Trane Intellipak. Everything checked out ok so I suspected one of the VAV box blower motors may have been the cause. After searching for the source I found the VAV box had a failed blower motor which was causing the smell as it was over 180 degrees F. Replaced the blower motor and was on my way.
