Picked up a trailer load of Ash from a friend’s daughter’s house (no footage of the pickup), but the real work started once I got home. Ended up splitting the entire load, which gave me over 2 face cords of solid firewood. Some of the pieces—especially on the main trunk—were cracked up to 3/8" wide, all the way to the center.
This Ash split super clean, and the deep cracks made for some interesting wood. Another productive day processing firewood!
