"Murder Mall," nicknamed for the site of an apartment complex, is getting a new lease on life in West Baltimore. Madison Park North is now Reservoir Square. When construction is finished, it will be a mixed-use development on just over nine acres. MCB Real Estate co-founder David Bramble kicked off demolition by excavating a former day care center. It will soon be home to a grocery store in Reservoir Square.
