The peaceful music of my shinobue (Japanese Bamboo Flute), the red falling leaves and the soft nature sound of a forest with a waterfall will take you to deep and restful meditation. Listening to 417 Hz frequency is believed to help remove negativity (hate, jealousy, etc.), facilitate change, and come out of trauma. The sound of 417 Hz frequency is played throughout the whole entire music. This Japanese bamboo flute music can help you get to a meditative state, but it also can be played in the background while you work, study, read a book, journal, do yoga, sleep, do chores around the house, pray, any time you want to feel positive, peaceful, centered creative and authentic.

Relaxing music with Japanese bamboo flutes, such as shinobue, is often coined "Zen Music." Zen is a Japanese word for a school of Buddhism that emphasizes meditation practice. Zen music points to music that promotes relaxation and healing bring calmness and peace, helps stop the racing mind, and brings attention to the present moment.

I used my 7 hon choshi shinobue (Japanese bamboo flute) handcrafted by Mr. Shoji of Aomori, Japan.

While most bamboo flute music videos you hear are made with virtual instruments, the sound of my shinobue in my videos is genuinely created by my breath with the hope that the sound of my shinobue will ease the tension in your body and mind and help you live in the present moment.
