Buxar Train Accident Latest: Video Reveals Extent of Train Damage after 21 Coach Derailment

A devastating train accident unfolded in Bihar's Buxar, resulting in at least four fatalities and several injuries. Six coaches of the Delhi-Kamakhya North East Express derailed around 9.35 pm near Raghunathpur station. Among them, two AC III Tier coaches overturned, while four others ran off the tracks, according to initial reports. The cause of this tragic mishap is slated for investigation.
Tarun Prakash, the general manager of East Central Railways (ECR), confirmed four casualties and the derailment of 21 coaches. He mentioned that a thorough investigation into the incident's cause would be launched after the completion of rescue operations.
In the midst of these distressing events, Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw reported that the evacuation and rescue operations have been successfully carried out.
