Описание: Since 2021, Smile Foundation and Berger Paints India have been running iTrain on Wheels, a mobile upskilling initiative bringing painting skills directly to communities, including remote and underserved areas. With 23 training vehicles, the programme has reached over 1.5 lakh people across 25 states, 3 Union Territories and 5,000+ locations. Through hands-on lessons in techniques, safety, and product use, painters, both men and women are building confidence, improving skills, and earning better incomes. Many can now support families, educate children and take pride in their craft.
