This is DAY 4 of an 8 DAY BEGINNER Tabata series! Do the (No Equipment) Tabata FAT LOSS WORKOUT on Monday and Thursday. Feel free to try some of the other workouts on this channel so you can knock out your fitness goals.
Play your favorite workout songs while doing this
This is a full length video that you can do with me from start to finish. I offer progressions and regressions and talk you through it. If at anytime you need to take a break you can always pause it!
20 seconds of work. 10 seconds of rest. 8 movements. Take 60 second break and repeat for 4 total cycles

T push up
Side Shuffle
Side Plank (L)
Lateral Hops
Side Plank (R)
Drop Squats
Bicycle Crunch
Skater Hops
