{Selena's POV}
"Where are we?" I asked, looking at Justin who was turning down the curves of a dirt road lined with tall trees.
"Don't worry, I know where I'm going..."
"Let's hope so." I said and he turned his head to smile at me. "Will you atleast tell me when we'll get there?" I asked.
"Soon." He replied making another turn where he didn't take any precautions and whipped around the corner.
"How soon?"
"Kind of soon."
"Ugh, you're impossible.""
"Yeah, yeah." I rolled my eyes and slipped off my shoes, then popped my feet up onto his black dashboard. "Since it'll probably be a while... let's get to know eachother."
"I already know you, let's do something else."
"Like what?"
"Just drive, I promise that we'll be there soon."
"Okay, fine."
The next couple of minutes were mostly silent, the silence was not awkward, it was more comforting. As we kept driving, the tall trees disappeared, leaving nothing but a grassy field.
"This is where you wanted to take me?" I asked, taking a glance at the field.
"I know it looks lame, but there's more to it."
"Okay, then lets get out." I said, stepping out onto the frozen ground.
Justin came around to where I was and took my hand.
"So what did you want to show me here?"
"Just wait." He said and started walking through the field.
"Have you ever been here?"
"Once or twice when I was a kid." He led me up a hill with an oak tree at the top. "I don't think I've been here for...six years or something.
"Hm, it's cool." It really was cool, at the bottom of the hill there was a pond that was frozen over.
Justin sat down under the canopy of the tree which was the only spot where snow hadn't covered. I took a seat next to him and he wrapped his warm arm around me. His fingers became tangled with mine and I felt his lips press up against my head as he pulled me up onto his lap.
"Sel?"
"Yeah?"
"How....How do you trust someone?"
"I think you just have to start trusting someone, you know? You can't not trust someone until they've given you a reason not to trust them."
I felt his lips on my cheek this time.
"Why do you ask?"
"I was just curious." He said "But, out of curiosity, do you trust me?"
"Of course I do, why else would I have come?"
"I don't know..."
"It seems like you're the only person who I can trust these days."
"What about Michael?"
"I don't know, he's been acting kind of weird lately, just like Demz and Miley."
"Oh."
"But I'm lucky to have you, right now, you're all I have. You're all I want. You're all I'll ever need to keep me happy. I love you, Justin."

{Justin's POV}
"...I love you, Justin." She said, looking into my eyes.
"You do?" I asked and she nodded, a grin spread across her face.
"I....I-"
"Everytime I see you, it reminds me how lucky I am to have someone like you." She cut me off.
"I love you too, Sel." I said with all my heart. This wasn't the game I'd been playing with her, it was real, I was in love with her. The other night when I found out she ran away, my heart sank, that's when I knew I loved her.
"Sel?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you want to know why I took you out of school?"
"Why?"
"Because, I had to ask you this and as clichè as it sounds, I decided that it needed to be somewhere special."
"Okay..."
"Selena, will you formally be my girlfriend?"
