Solar System Galaxy Theme Cake tutorial with chocolate 🌎🪐
I used 2 vanila sponge cakes, halved them then layered them with vanilla buttercream frosting and crumb coated with vanilla buttercream. Use blue, pink, purple and black buttercream to give off a galaxy effect.
How to make Chocolate Planets:
I tempered white chocolate and add orange food colour for sun, use biggest sphere mould.
For Jupiter, brushed brown food colour inside the 5cm mould then add chocolate. when its set dust it with copper luster tint to give storm effect.
For Venus and Mars add red food colour to chocolate and use red luster tint when its set.
For earth use colour mill navy, when set use luster green tint to make land.
