400ml Coconut Milk (100ml lite)
450g Chicken & Veg mini wontons
1.5Tbl Sugar
1Tbl Fish Sauce
Lime Juice
8oz shredded cabbage
1lb Rotisserie Chicken
Donner Kebab
2 lb ground meat
1 large onion, blended
2Tbl Avocado Oil
227g Greek Yogurt
2Tbl Paprika
2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp coriander
2.5 tsp Kosher Salt
30-35 min @ 400, draining halfway
Bulgur Salad
182g coarse bulgur
1.5 cups chicken stock
10oz grape tomatoes
0.75lb cucumber
1/4 cup red onion
1/3 cup Kalamata olives
4oz feta cheese
14.5 oz can of beans, drained and rinsed
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4c water
3Tbl Lemon Juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1tsp pepper
Salt to taste
Cosmic Brownie
240g Pumpkin
113g Greek Yogurt
1/3c Sugar Sub
1 Egg
56g Cocoa Powder
1tsp Vanilla / Pinch Salt
37g Protein Powder
For Frosting:
34g Chocolate Frosting
50g Vanilla Greek Yogurt
350 - 25-30 mins in loaf pan
