Simon is actually one of the easier bosses to one-shot with 2 full teams to utilize
This is cheapest one-shot NG+5 build you can find right now
0 RNG required (No roulette) All you need is to dodge his first set of attacks
Heal up before the fight!! Or shortcut won't trigger during 2nd phase
Turn on captions for full walkthrough. Builds and weapons shown at 3:05
Party order: Monoco, Maelle. No speed requirement for any character
Turn 1: Dodge Simon's attacks with sound cues.
Turn 2: Monoco shoot to ~70 burn and normal attack
Turn 3: Monoco shoot till 100 burn and stop at 2nd mark. Healing tint on Maelle
Turn 4: Maelle shoot once and Last chance (300% gradient charge)
Turn 5: Maelle shoot once and Burning Canvas
Turn 6/7: Verso normal attack
Turn 8/9: Lune Elemental Trick then normal attack
Turn 10/11: Sciel Fortune fury and Intervention on Lune
Turn 12: Lune Lightning Dance
PS: Whoever goes first for Lune/Verso is random, just follow the steps for them, it doesn't matter
