This is phase 3 how how I healed and rehabbed my tibia plateau fracture - this is the FULL-weight bearing phase during those first few weeks
I have got a LOT to share about this phase so I'm breaking it up into different videos - this one is all about releasing muscle tension and tightness :)
The tibia is the bone in the lower part of your leg. I broke the part just by my knee so was in a very awkward place to heal.
In this part of the rehabbing I will talk about my diet, supplements, exercises I did and also... the mental & emotional game
