Описание:
This strong well rounded 60 min flow class works on multiple elements needed for arm balances. The class works on core and upper body strength, hip and shoulder mobility as well as standing and arm balance poses. The class moves through a series of arm balances throughout class including side planks and variations, crow, astavakrasana and koundinyasana.
The class can be adapted for different ability levels by taking modifications but is quite a strong flow, not really suitable for total beginners.
