I hooked the fish of a lifetime, but I wasn't ready for how it ended...

In Part 2 of my Solo Camping adventure on the forbidden "Jurassic Island," the real battle begins. After surviving the first night and trekking miles across the island, I hit the shallow coral reefs in search of a monster. I knew big fish were here, but I didn't expect to hook a Jurassic-sized Giant Trevally in water this shallow!

The fight was absolute chaos—line peeling, reel screaming, and my heart pounding as I tried to keep this beast out of the sharp coral. I managed to land one of my biggest GTs ever from the rocks, but the celebration was short-lived. The aftermath of this catch turned into my worst nightmare.

This is the raw reality of land-based fishing. No scripts, no crews, just me and the ocean.

To my OG subscribers, you know I have always prioritised the wellbeing of these incredible creatures above everything else. This video was incredibly hard for me to edit and post. I gave this battle absolutely everything I had—from the hook up to the aftermath. But the reality of land-based fishing is that sometimes, despite our absolute best efforts and intentions, nature has other plans. This one really broke me.

I wanted to show the raw reality of this trip, the highs and the lows. Thanks for watching and for understanding that I did everything in my power.
