NHS Leeds approached us needing a interactive and engaging way to show off a hospital that had only been designed, not built! The only answer was ICE, our Interactive Customer Experience that can be customised and built around your product or service.
The goal? To allow individuals to explore, connect emotionally, and become familiar with the new hospital layout. This innovative interactive customer experience not only fostered a positive and informed work environment but also paved the way for a seamless transition to the Hospital of the Future. 🏥
