Domesticity! Cleaning, Kew Carbon Garden, Rhubarb Fool, Lavender Harvest and new UK Heatwave.

A viewer recently accused me of talking too slowly and made a rather rude comment. If you are coming here hoping for fakery, drama, sensational subjects and AI action, then I'm afraid you are in the wrong place. This vlog is all about just getting on with ordinary life. If you're not into that then buzz off!

A fairly ordinary week - the washing machine still hasn't been fixed but Beko have given me a date so I am looking forward to that getting sorted, even though I really haven't minded doing hand washing. Thank goodness for this latest heatwave - it means I can hang out the washing and it dries beautifully quickly.
We took a walk at Kew Gardens to see the newly installed carbon garden which is all about the carbon cycle on our planet and being aware of how carbon is locked up and released.
I did a little gardening at the front of the house, but didn't film it as we tend to have a constant stream of passers-by. However I did harvest the lavender and have a decent amount to do something with.
Talking about harvests, a neighbour gave us a lovely bunch of Rhubarb - we've now done several dishes with it and in this video I make a very simple rhubarb fool with Greek yoghurt.
