Start your day with intention, calm, and presence.
In this gentle morning practice, we begin with 10 minutes of slow, meditative breathing and subtle movement designed to help you unwind, settle your nervous system, and arrive fully on your mat. You’re invited to stop after the meditation or continue on with a gentle flow—this practice is about listening to what you need today.
We’ll stay seated for most of this session, using simple movements to support the breath, release tension, and create space between thoughts. This is a grounding, beginner-friendly practice and a beautiful way to reset before stepping into your day.

What you’ll experience:
Seated breath awareness
Gentle spinal movement and twists
Slow forward folds for grounding
Space to set an intention for your day
An invitation to continue into flow (optional)
What you’ll need:
A yoga mat
A block, pillow, or folded blanket (recommended)
Water or tea if you’d like
This practice is perfect for busy mornings, anxious minds, or anyone craving a softer start.
