Gustav Heinemann is accompanied by Foreign Minister Walter Scheel both of whom were the guests of Dr.Daldera, Pres. of Venezuela. Pres.Heinemann laid a wreath on the tomb of Simon Bolivar. He also visited a school in Maracay. The Lord Mayor of Bogota presents Pres. Heinemann with a key of the city, prior to which Pres. Heinemann reviewed a parade in his honour. He visited a brewery and had discussions with Pres.Pastrana.
