Описание: The Elysian Heights area was created in the later part of the 1800s. It is located right north of Echo Park (former Edendale), and east of Silver Lake. There are a few really steep streets in the area like Fargo and Baxter, with a grade over 30 percent. You can drive Baxter like any other street except it is steep. Just make sure your breaks are okay. As a comparison, Eldred Street in the Mount Washington area is not a through steet, so if you want to have some fun then Baxter would be the street.
