However, in Vietnam today, only 20% of people with psychological disorders go to the right specialist. Basically, people with mental illness also need to recognize the symptoms and conduct the same examination as common diseases. Meanwhile, it is much more difficult for a person struggling with emotional trauma to determine their own psychological status and seek help by themselves. This becomes even more complicated when worries about social prejudice keep swarming around in their minds.
