The shear line will continue to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms in Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, and Dinagat Islands Tuesday.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, the rest of Bicol Region, and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
The amihan will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains to Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
