Powder coat at Home! This video explains the process of powder coating

Process for powder coating with Nordic Pulver NP-11 Powder coating gun system:
1. Assemble the powder coating gun
2. Connect the plug into a socket
3. Set an air pressure at 0.7 bar/ 10 psi
4. Connect an air compressor to the gun
5. Fill the container with a powder paint. Screw the container to the gun
6. Connect the crocodile clip to a workpiece
7. Spray an opaque layer of powder paint onto a workpiece
8.Remove the crocodile clip. Spray a powder paint over its past location
9. Heat an oven to 180 °C/ 360 °F
10. Put a workpiece into an oven
11. Turn off and open an oven after 20 minutes. Let a workpiece to reach a room temperature
12. Use an air blow gun to clean the powder coating gun
