Ingredients

To grind

20 to 25 shallots
12 to 15 garlic
2 medium onion roughly chopped
3 medium size tomatoes roughly chopped
Small lemon size tamarind
12 red chillies
Required salt

For tempering

3 tbsp sesame oil + 1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
3 string curry leaves
1/8 tsp asafoetida powder
Ground paste. Cook till the oil separates on the sides.
