I needed the ability to clamp things down from the center of the welding table every now and then; thus the Build Pro clamp. The tool is branded with Strong Hand Tools, but is sold by Fireball Tools. I think Build Pro is a parent company of Strong Hand Tools. Anyway, I found the clamp to be useful on the first day of install. Very happy with my purchase. To complete the job, I do need to rent a Mag Drill. A battery-powered drill will work, but it takes 30-40 minutes per hole. I plan to add more holes in the future due to the benefit of the clamps. The locating pins are designed to help you square up your project if installed correctly. I plan to purchase some shoulder bolts due to the cost of the locating pins. However, either one will work.
