I take a walk along the Lyng. The walk begins at LYNG LANE where many of the once famous streets have been removed from the map. I find most of this LYNG AREA has gone through enormous change, is it for the better?
Large sprawling town house estates dominate the area as I cross Sams Lane and Lyttleton Street into other parts of the LYNG. Many old pubs have been demolished, while only a handful of late victorian properties now remain.
My walk ends in Sams Lane after visiting Morris, Albert and Maud Streets
