This robotic welding system is a Panasonic TAWERS Robotic Welding System with a custom torch configuration to enable the silver soldering of these copper components.
Panasonic TAWERS Robotic Systems are fully manufactured by Panasonic Welding Systems of Japan, providing seamless integration between the Robot Manipulator, Robot Controller, Servo Controlled Wire Feed Systems, Welding Power Source and Robotic Welding Process Software.
The System shown is a Panasonic TAWERS robot system, with additional gas torches fitted for the heating function of this process. The TAWERS torch includes a 1.2mm diameter wire filler with silver content.
