Описание: My Mom was such a wonderful cook. She specialized in stretching the almighty dollar by using affordable pantry staples and growing a lot of our own vegetables. Canning was something she did for many years. And baking sourdough. Casseroles were her forte, and we were blessed to have homecooked meals almost every night. Here are 5 of my favorites, and we ate these meals (plus several others) quite often. There isn't enough room for me to write out all the recipes in this description box, so I'll write the first one (Chicken Tetrazzini) then link to all the other original videos, where you can find the written recipes. All ingredients are in freeze dried or shelf-stable forms

Chicken Tetrazzini
4-5 servings
In a quart sized jar, add:
8 oz spaghetti pasta, broken into thirds
1 cup chicken dices
1/2 cup bechamel sauce (I have a copycat recipe on my channel if you need one)
2 Tbsp butter powder
1/4 cup sour cream powder
3 Tbsp instant milk powder
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup green peas
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chopped onions
1 Tbsp green onions
2 Tbsp celery, crushed
1 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp parmesan
1/3 cup cheddar
1/3 cup mozzarella
oxygen absorber

To prepare:
Remove O2 absorber
In a large deep skillet or pot, add the contents of the jar and 5 cups water
Stir gently to incorporate the sauce powders
Turn on heat and bring to a boil over medium
Stir every few minutes to ensure food doesn't stick to the pan
Turn heat down to medium low and simmer for 15 mins
Cover for final 5 mins
Stir well and taste/adjust seasonings
Remove from heat
Optional: add grated cheese to the top and broil for a few minutes to brown
Important! Cover and let stand for 15-20 mins so the sauce can firm up.
Now it's ready!
