A solipsist goes so far to say that reality is just a faculty of your mind. Since it's impossible to be exterior to your mind, there is no way of knowing what's real and what's fake. Could a solipsist live more efficiently than your average person? For example, by lacking fear of judgement and inefficient habits like 'people pleasing'. Honor is a student at Francis Holland school. She is currently studying English, Psychology and Theology and Philosophy. She plans to study Philosophy at university.
