Good to get out to the mountains! This is located about 45 minutes West of the City in Kananaskis Country. It’s a great workout and hike as it is easily accessible and does not require any real safety gear. Bring proper shoes with good grip (poles help many as well), some snacks, plenty of water and some warmer gear for the top (it’s typically colder and windy at the summit ~2200m).
