Cervical Radiculopathy or Pinched Nerve in the Neck, is most often causes by either a bone spur or disc herniation. Posterior Foraminotomy, Anterior Cervical Discectomy & Fusion (ACDF), and Cervical Disc Replacement (CDR), all proceedures are designed to take the pressure off the pinched nerve.
