It’s time for our fourth and final tour of the Fort Wayne Zoo, and we’ve saved the best for last! The African Journey was a 2009 re-imagining and expansion of the zoo’s existing African Veldt, featuring large man-made Kopje boulders, open Savannas, Woodlands and Wetlands. On our journey we’ll see zoo favorites like Giraffes, Zebras, and Lions, as well as many lesser-known African species, like Sitatunga, Allen’s Swamp Monkeys, Great White Pelicans, Servals, Wattled Cranes and many more!
