India is a land of diversity. I'm back with a healthy version of Indian bread called as Thalipith. It's a traditional Indian protein vegetarian rich snack containing a healthy dose of proteins. One typical bread would serve protein content equal to a standard Indian egg. If you are an health conscious person like me you are gonna love this recipe. Due to lot of proteins and power packed nutrition, this recipe could also help you in meeting your DRA of protein intake in the vegetarian way.

INGREDIENTS
Jowar flour 200 gm
Rice flour 50 gm
Besan 50 gm
Methi powder 2 tbsp
Dhana powder 1 tbsp
Jeera powder 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
2 medium sized chopped onion
1/2 cup coriander leaves
Soya Granules 80 gm
2 smashed potatoes
2 small pieces of ginger
9 green chillies
4 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp oil
