Today we explored Silver Springs State Park in Ocala, Florida — one of the oldest attractions in the state and home to the world-famous glass bottom boats.
In this walkthrough, we:
• Explore the park highlights
• Show the glass bottom boats along the spring run
• Visit the information center signs
• Walk through the Pioneer / 1890s Cracker Village
• Talk about the movies filmed here
The butterfly garden isn’t in bloom yet (Florida has had freezing mornings lately!), but we’ll be back in the spring when everything comes alive.
