Redpack’s NTS-BMI has a unique V-shape infeed which stabilises the product and prevents it from rolling around, something that is especially critical while running at high wrapping speeds and on unstable field rigs. There is also an overhead paddle system which holds the product across the transfer point to ensure accurate product placement onto the film.

The Redpack NTS-BMI is designed to keep maintenance costs to a minimum and reduce labour head count, so optional extras include an integrated label applicator and printer mounted on the machine. This means the machine can apply labels and print on the film or labels while packing, saving manual labour further down the line.

To further reduce downtime, a compressor providing the air supply, a ‘lazy susan’ rotary table and packing rack can be integrated into the lifting chassis base frame. This enables the whole packing line to be easily lifted and moved around in one piece. Customers are experiencing a massive increase in efficiencies and huge savings in costs.
