AC Not Cooling Outdoor Unit Not Running Multiple issues

Описание: I am on an ac service call the indoor unit is running and moving air. The outdoor condenser doesn't start-up and run. I find the fuse blown inside the disconnect switch. I notice the condenser coil is dirty and plugged up. I check the condenser for a short to ground. Then I replace the fuse and start-up ac. The compressor and condenser fan start-up. Next, I clean the condenser and test the operation of the air conditioning system. Due to low superheat I decide to check the indoor air handler for proper airflow. I find the evap coil dirty and clean the coil. afterward, I replace the contactor and test system.
