This video is a selection of intermediate and advanced applications for Heian Shodan, of course there are many other applications for this kata, however, these are just a few others variations. For basic applications click on the thumbnail at the end of this video.
Intermediate applications demonstrated slowly by Sarah. Advanced applications demonstrated by Dan.
Towards the end of this video you will see a flow version of the the kata being performed comprising all 21 individual movements in to just 6 separate attacks. Making this a short defence scenario.
