When you go up on releve and have your ankle joints in a poor alignment or if they are simply wobbly, then you are clearly exposing yourself to injuries. Poor alignment as well as wobble mean that the stabilising muscles for that joint aren't as strong as they should be and don't work together in a team. In this case we talk about the muscles of your foot and those of the lower part of the leg. Exactly these ones will be triggered with the exercises in this video in order to help you stimulate & strengthen them.
